Currently serving as the Chief Science & Product Officer at Savo™, he previously drove global talent acquisition and management innovation as a Partner at Aon and spearheaded complex applied science initiatives as a Principal Scientist at Amazon. Throughout his career, Tony has specialized in translating rigorous Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology into scalable, technology-driven products that empower organizations through critical phases of late-stage market expansion. A Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and a current Executive Board member, his pioneering approach has earned prestigious accolades, including multiple M.
