SAVO VS QUALITATIVE INTERVIEWS

The scalable alternative
to 1:1 qualitative
interviews

A research firm runs 15–20 interviews over a month, then delivers a deck
after it's too late. Savo runs hundreds to thousands of conversations at
once with the same depth every time, without the interview fatigue bias
common in traditional interviewing.

The business case

Every interview is your best interview.

The depth of a skilled interviewer, at scale, on your timeline, at a fraction of the cost.

WHAT SAVO DOES INSTEAD

Depth that doesn't drift

Apostrophe
No fatigue, no drift

A human interviewer tires, and the analysis bends toward the firm's framing. Savo holds the same depth and neutrality on every Signal Event™ interview, without the pull to confirm a hypothesis.

Apostrophe
Design once, hear everyone

Build the study in Savo Event Studio™, deploy it to everyone you want to hear from, and every person meets the same interview at the same depth.

Apostrophe
Own it, re-run it

Evidence is measured and aggregated into validated insights you can act on immediately. Re-run, add a complementary study to drill down or a quantitative survey for both the number and the why. Longitudinal insight, not a one-off deck.

Apostrophe

“If you want to design the workforce of the future, you first have to truly understand the one you have today. That's what stands out about Savo. It doesn't just add AI to the same old listening motion, it captures authentic voice at scale, so you actually understand people, capability, and change in real time.”

Common Questions

Asked before you asked.

Does Savo lose the depth of a skilled interviewer?

No. Savo measures and adapts in real time to elicit knowledge, wisdom, and experience — and holds the same depth on the hundredth conversation as the first, without fatigue or the pull to confirm a hypothesis.

Is AI-moderated research actually valid?

Yes, when it's designed well. Consistency is a strength: a human moderator's questioning drifts from one session to the next, while Savo asks every person the same way, in neutral language. Scoring is validated against human evidence, and every finding traces back to the exact words.

Is this measurement, or just an AI that summarizes interviews?

Most AI tools summarize — one interpretation of a conversation. Savo measures: it scores constructs defined before the first question, reports whether the evidence was sufficient, and reproduces across reruns. A summary is a story about the data; a measurement is a result you can defend.

Is a conversation as valid as a survey?

It's a different kind of validity. A survey is good at a clean number and weak on why. Savo keeps the number and the reason, scored the same way for everyone and traceable to the words. For pure statistical tracking at very large samples, a survey still has its place and many people use both.

How is participant data handled?

Private and one-to-one; SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO compliant.
