Your Data Never Trains Our AI

Your participants' session data — their words, their responses, everything captured in a Signal Session — is never used to train any AI model. Your data enters Savo's pipeline to generate insights for you, and it goes nowhere else.

Your Data Stays Yours

You decide what data is collected and why — it's tied to the research goals you set. Savo processes that data only to deliver the insights you've asked for, and never repurposes it for anything else. A formal data agreement governing how your data is handled is in place with every Savo customer.

Never Used to Train AI

Customer data submitted through Savo is not used to train or fine-tune AI models. This is enforced through both our technical controls and our contracts with the AI providers Savo works with. The result is simple: your data is used to produce your insights, and for nothing else.

Privacy by Default

Every participant is pseudonymized — their responses appear under a code (for example, "Participant 12"), never their real name — and identity information is kept separate from session content. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's. These protections are standard for every account; there's no security tier to buy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Savo keeps your data only as long as it's needed to provide your insights and meet record-keeping obligations, then removes it on defined schedules. If a participant asks for their data to be deleted, Savo processes that request and removes their personal data from the system. Aggregated, cohort-level insights that can no longer be tied to an individual are retained.
