What is Savo?

The AI-facilitated interview platform that turns voice conversations into structured insights

Savo is an AI-facilitated interview platform. It conducts voice conversations with your stakeholders — employees, customers, prospects, or any group whose perspective matters — and transforms what they say into structured, scored insights.

Where a survey gives you checkbox answers, Savo gives you the reasoning behind the answer. Where a focus group gives you a room of opinions, Savo gives you hundreds of individual voices, analyzed and organized at scale.

What Savo does

You design a Signal Event — a structured interview that defines what the AI will ask, how it will follow up, and what it's trying to understand. You invite your participants. Savo conducts one-on-one voice conversations with each of them — as many as you need, running in parallel. The conversations are transcribed, analyzed, and scored against the dimensions your event was designed to measure.

The result is an insights report: structured insights with scored dimensions, supporting evidence drawn from what participants actually said, and patterns across your entire audience.

The core building blocks

Signal Event — The interview template. Designed in Event Studio or selected from the Signal Event Library. Defines the interview mode, the topics, the dimensions being measured, and the conversation flow. A Signal Event is a reusable asset — you can run it once or many times.

Signal Session — A live AI-facilitated conversation. Each time a participant completes a Signal Event, that's a Signal Session. One participant, one conversation, one session.

Dimensions — The dimensions Savo scores. A dimension is a measurable aspect of what you're trying to understand — competitive confidence, engagement, perceived ease of use. Each Signal Event is built around the dimensions that matter for your research goal.

Campaign — The deployment vehicle. A campaign takes a Signal Event, applies it to a participant list, manages invitations and scheduling, and produces the final report.

Who uses Savo

Savo is used by teams running research at scale — sales and revenue teams understanding win/loss patterns, HR teams listening to their workforce, customer success teams capturing the voice of the customer, and research teams that need qualitative depth at quantitative scale.

What makes it different

Traditional surveys are fast but shallow. Interviews are rich but don't scale. Savo is built for the space in between: the depth of a conversation, the scale of a survey, and the structure needed to act on what you learn.
