Understanding and Tracking Your Usage
Monitor your prepaid balance and billing activity in real time
Your Usage page is the central place to understand your account's financial position — how much balance you have, how much is reserved by running campaigns, and every transaction on your account.
Navigating to Billing
In the left navigation, select Billing. This opens the Usage page.
Your Balance at a Glance
The top of the Usage page shows your balance:
- Wallet balance — the funds currently in your account.
- Reserved (campaigns) — funds held by campaigns that are currently active or scheduled. These are committed at campaign launch and released as the campaign completes.
Reserved funds aren't available to start new campaigns until they're released, so the balance that matters when you're deciding whether to launch is what's left after reservations.
The page also shows your Studio credits and Event credits — the free and purchased credits available for creating custom Signal Events in Event Studio.
Money Activity
Below your balance, the Money activity feed lists every financial event on your account, newest first — deposits you've added, funds reserved for and released back from campaigns, per-session consumption as campaigns run, event-creation charges, and any usage credits or adjustments. You can filter the feed by Deposits, Grants & adjustments, Reservations & releases, or Consumption, and load older activity as needed.
Each entry shows a short description, the date and time, and the amount (a deposit or credit shows as a positive amount; a reservation, charge, or event creation shows as the amount drawn).
Studio / Test Credit Activity
A separate Studio / test credit activity feed tracks your Event Studio credits — credits added and credits consumed when you create or test custom events. You can filter it by Added or Consumed.
Campaign-Level Cost Tracking
In addition to the account-level view on the Usage page, each individual campaign's detail page shows its own cost information — the reserved amount for that campaign and consumption to date. Open any campaign from Campaigns to see its cost detail.
Low-Balance Notifications
If your Wallet balance drops below a set threshold, Savo shows a low-balance banner to prompt you to add funds before a campaign is blocked for insufficient funds. This helps you avoid a launch being held up by an empty balance.
