Resetting Your Password

Two ways to reset or set a password on the Savo platform, including for accounts that sign in with Google

You can reset your Savo password from inside the app or from the sign-in page. Both paths work for every account, including accounts created with Google sign-in.

If you are signed in

  1. Click Settings in the bottom left corner to open Savo Settings.
  2. Under Account, open Profile & Company.
  3. In the Sign-in methods card, click Change password next to Password.

If you are signed out

  1. On the Savo sign-in page, click Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address on your Savo account.
  3. Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.

If your account uses Google sign-in

Accounts that sign in with Google can also have a password. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter the email address associated with your Google account. Savo will send the reset link to that address.

Savo supports Google sign-in only. Microsoft sign-in is not available.
