Reports Page Shows No Data After Campaign Completes

Why your Reports page might be empty and what to do about it

After a campaign finishes, a scoring pipeline runs before your report becomes available. If you're not seeing data on the Reports page, here's what to check.

Check 1: Is the Campaign Still Completing?

This is the most common cause. When a campaign's window closes — because the end date passed or you completed it manually — it moves to Completing while the scoring pipeline processes the sessions. In your campaign list it shows "Completing — Waiting for scoring…" (and briefly "Completing — Generating insights…").

Scoring takes several minutes. During this time the Reports page is empty for that campaign. There's nothing to do — wait for the status to reach Completed, then go to Insights → Reports to see your results.

Check 2: Did At Least 5 Participants Complete Their Sessions?

A report needs a minimum of 5 completed, scored sessions. If fewer than 5 participants completed their session before the campaign closed, a report can't be generated — the campaign shows "Completed · not enough responses" rather than a report.

This isn't an error — it means there wasn't enough signal to produce reliable insights. To get a report, you need more completed sessions. Consider extending the campaign window, sending reminders, or adding participants and re-opening the campaign so more people can complete a session.

To check your count, open the campaign detail page and review the Completed metric. If it's below 5, that's the cause.

Check 3: Are You Looking in the Right Place?

Campaign reports live in Insights → Reports in the main navigation — not in the Campaigns section. Also confirm you're viewing the correct campaign (check the name and dates) and that no date filter is hiding it.

If the Campaign Shows "Report Failed"

Separately from the above: if a campaign shows "Completing — Report failed," the scoring pipeline hit an actual error (this is different from "not enough responses"). Contact Savo support with your campaign ID and we'll investigate.

Still Empty?

If the campaign shows Completed, had 5 or more completed sessions, and the Reports page is still empty, contact Savo support with your campaign ID, the campaign status shown in the list, the number of completed sessions, and a screenshot of the Reports page.
