My Campaign Shows "AWAITING ACTION" — What Do I Do?
AWAITING ACTION means your campaign needs input before it can continue
AWAITING ACTION means all participants in your campaign have completed their sessions, but the campaign's end date hasn't arrived yet. The campaign is waiting — either for the end date to pass automatically, or for you to manually close it.
This is not an error. Your data is safe and your sessions are complete. You just have a decision to make: wait, or act.
Why AWAITING ACTION appears
A campaign moves to AWAITING ACTION when every participant who received an invitation has finished their session (or opted out) before the scheduled end date. Because the campaign window is still open, Savo hasn't automatically triggered the scoring pipeline yet.
Your options
Option 1 — Wait for the end date. If you still expect some participants to respond, or if you want to keep the window open for latecomers, do nothing. When the end date arrives, the campaign will automatically move to COMPLETING and the scoring pipeline will run.
Option 2 — Close the campaign now. If all expected responses are in and you're ready for your report, click Complete from the campaign detail page. This manually closes the campaign and immediately triggers the scoring pipeline. Your report will be available once scoring finishes.
After you choose
Whether you wait for the end date or manually complete the campaign, the next status is COMPLETING — the AI scoring pipeline is running. Once scoring finishes, the campaign moves to COMPLETED and your report is available in the Reports section.
