Monitoring Campaign Progress and Completion Rates

Track participation, completion, and campaign status in real time

Once a campaign is live, the campaign detail page shows how it is going. After reading this page, you'll know what each status means, when the AT RISK warning appears, and what you can do from the page.

Campaign dashboard metrics

The top of the campaign detail page shows the key participation metrics. These numbers update in real time as sessions complete.

For Confidential events, you can see who has completed their session without seeing what they said. A participant's name and email are stored separately from their transcript and scores. Completion status (sent, opened, started, completed) updates on the dashboard without showing identity next to responses.

Note: Identified events, currently in beta, work differently. Responses are attributed directly to the participant, so identity and content appear together.

Campaign statuses

Your campaign's status appears on the campaign card and the detail page.

Status

What it means

What to do

SCHEDULED

The campaign is launched, but the start date is in the future. No invitations have gone out.

Nothing. It moves to LAUNCHING, then ACTIVE, when the start date arrives.

LAUNCHING

A brief automated state. Invitations are being sent and the campaign is opening to participants.

Nothing.

ACTIVE

The campaign is running. Invitations are out and sessions are in progress.

Watch sessions come in.

PAUSED

You or a teammate paused the campaign. No new invitations are sent. Sessions already in progress continue to completion.

Resume from the campaign detail page when ready.

COMPLETING

Every session is finished and the campaign window has closed. Savo is scoring the results.

Wait for scoring.

COMPLETED

Scoring is done and your report is ready.

Open Reports to view results.

CANCELLED

The campaign was stopped before it could complete.

Partial session data may be available, but a full report may not be generated.

Note: Scoring needs at least 5 completed sessions. With fewer than 5, no report is produced.

The AT RISK Warning

AT RISK is a warning on the campaign detail page. It tells you the campaign is running short on time and few participants have finished.

When it shows

More than 60% of the campaign's time has passed and fewer than 40% of participants have finished

At this pace, the campaign may close with fewer completed sessions than you want

The campaign has no start or end date, and fewer than 30% of participants have finished

Few participants have finished so far

The warning shows on ACTIVE and PAUSED campaigns. It uses these fixed thresholds, not a completion target, because Savo does not store a target for a campaign.

Note: AT RISK is not a status. Your campaign keeps its current status.

When you see AT RISK, you can:

  1. Click Extend to move the end date and give participants more time.
  2. Send reminders to participants who haven't finished.
  3. Add participants to the campaign.

Actions on the campaign detail page

Which actions you see depends on the campaign's status.

Action

What it does

Pause

Stops new invitations without ending the campaign. Participants mid-session are not interrupted.

Complete

Closes the campaign and starts scoring before the end date.

Extend

Moves the end date forward. Shows on ACTIVE and PAUSED campaigns for anyone who can edit campaigns, whether or not AT RISK is showing.

Send reminders

Sends a follow-up invitation to participants who haven't responded.

Add participants

Adds participants while the campaign is still active.

Launch Now

Starts a SCHEDULED campaign before its start date.

Unschedule

Takes a SCHEDULED campaign back to DRAFT so you can edit it. Nothing has been sent, and the funds held for it return to your wallet.
