Monitoring Campaign Progress and Completion Rates

Once a campaign is live, the campaign dashboard gives you a real-time view of how it's progressing. You can see who has responded, how sessions are going, and what the campaign's current status means.

Understanding Campaign Statuses During Monitoring

Your campaign's current status appears prominently on the campaign card and detail page. Here's what each status means for monitoring:

SCHEDULED — The campaign has been launched but the start date is in the future. No invitations have gone out yet. The campaign will move to LAUNCHING and then ACTIVE automatically when the start date arrives.

LAUNCHING — The campaign is transitioning from scheduled to active. This is a brief automated state — invitations are being dispatched and the campaign is opening to participants.

ACTIVE — The campaign is running. Invitations are out, sessions are in progress, and the dashboard is live. No action needed; monitor as sessions come in.

PAUSED — You or a teammate manually paused the campaign. No new invitations are sent while paused, but any sessions already in progress continue to completion. Resume from the campaign detail page when ready.

COMPLETING — All sessions are done and the campaign window has closed. The AI scoring pipeline is processing the results. This is a transitional status — no action is required. Your report will appear when scoring finishes. Scoring requires a minimum of 3 completed sessions; if fewer than 3 completed, a report cannot be generated.

COMPLETED — Scoring is done and your campaign report is available. Navigate to Reports to view results.

CANCELLED — The campaign was stopped before it could complete normally. Partial session data may be available, but a full report may not be generated.

The AT RISK Warning

If your campaign is ACTIVE but completion pace is falling behind schedule — meaning the current rate of completions is unlikely to reach your target by the end date — the campaign detail page will show an AT RISK warning alongside an Extend button.

AT RISK is not a status. Your campaign remains ACTIVE. The warning is informational: it tells you that at the current pace, you may not get the number of completions you planned for.

When you see AT RISK, your options are:

• Extend the end date — click the Extend button to give participants more time
• Send reminders — push a follow-up invitation to participants who haven't responded
• Add participants — expand the audience to increase the completion pool

Actions Available from the Campaign Detail Page

From the campaign detail page, you can take the following actions depending on the current status:

• Pause — temporarily stop new invitations without ending the campaign; participants mid-session are not interrupted
• Complete — manually close the campaign and trigger the scoring pipeline before the end date
• Extend — push the end date forward (available when AT RISK warning is shown)
• Send reminders — push a follow-up invitation to participants who haven't responded
• Add participants — bring in additional participants while the campaign is still active
