How Your Report Is Created
When your report appears, what it needs, and what to do if it isn't ready.
Your report is created automatically at the conclusion of a campaign. Here's when it appears, what it needs, and what to do if it isn't there yet.
When your report is created
A report is built automatically when a campaign closes — either when it reaches its end date or when you close it yourself with Complete. Once the campaign is closed, Savo scores the completed Signal Sessions and assembles the report; it appears under Reports a short time later. You don't take any action to generate it. (For the statuses a campaign moves through on the way to closing, see Campaign Status Reference and My Campaign Shows “AWAITING ACTION”.)
What a report needs
A report is only produced when there's enough to report on:
- At least 5 completed sessions. Savo needs a minimum of five completed sessions before it builds a report. This floor keeps results pseudonymized — so no finding can be traced back to a single person.
- Enough signal. The conversations also have to contain enough substance to score. If sessions were very short or thin, there may not be enough evidence to produce reliable insights even when five people completed.
If your report isn't there yet
If a campaign has closed but there's no report, one of the two conditions above wasn't met — usually not enough completed sessions. You'll see: “Not enough responses for a report (X of N scored). Reopen to invite more, then close again.” To resolve it, reopen the campaign, invite or remind participants until at least five complete their sessions, then close the campaign again. The report builds once the threshold is met.
