Exploring the Evidence (Evidence Explorer)

Trace any score back to the actual things participants said.

Every score in your report traces back to something a participant said, and the Evidence tab is where you read it.

One feed, three filters

The Evidence Explorer is a single feed across every Dimension. Search it for a word or phrase, or narrow it with three filters.

Dimension limits the feed to one Dimension, or shows All.

Level sorts evidence by how it was rated against that Dimension's anchor definitions, the ones written when your event was designed: Low (1 to 2), Moderate (3) or High (4 to 5). What each level describes changes from one Dimension to the next.

Kind of evidence limits the feed to Story, Example or Claim.

Reading an evidence card

Each result is a card showing the participant's quote, the kind of evidence it is, and a "Why This Was Scored This Way" note explaining how Savo read it. Participants appear under a pseudonym such as "Participant 12." In a campaign set to Identified by name, the evidence card shows the participant's name instead, and the quote detail view also shows their email. For the participant's own view of this, see Will I See My Results?

Jumping in from a finding

You can also reach the Explorer from any card on the Analysis tab through its View evidence link, which opens the feed already filtered to that Dimension.

Discovery reports

Discovery reports explore along different lines. Their Explorer filters by Topics explored (what the interview set out to learn about), What emerged (what participants raised on their own), Uncategorized and Evidence type.
