Downloading and Sharing Your Report
How to save a report as a PDF, and who can see it.
Download a PDF
From the top of any report, click Download PDF to save the whole report — every tab, including the evidence — as a single PDF you can share or file.
The PDF attributes quotes the same way the on-screen report does. In a Confidential campaign, quotes appear under a pseudonym such as "Participant 12". In a campaign set to Identified by name, they appear under the participant's name. Quotes the report holds back for small groups are held back in the PDF too.
The PDF is the report's export for reading and sharing. Account admins also see an Export data button beside Download PDF, which downloads the campaign's underlying data, including transcripts; see Exporting Campaign Data.
Who can see a report
Anyone on your team with permission to view campaigns can open the same reports inside Savo. To give a colleague access, add them to your account with a role that can view campaigns — see Adding Team Members and Assigning Roles. To share with someone who does not have direct access to Savo, download the PDF and share it with them directly.
