Downloading and Sharing Your Report

How to save a report as a PDF, and who can see it.

Download a PDF

From the top of any report, click Download PDF to save the whole report — every tab, including the evidence — as a single PDF you can share or file. The PDF keeps the same privacy protections as the on-screen report: participant quotes appear under a pseudonym (a code like “Participant 12”), never a real name.

The PDF is the report's main export. If your campaign included a survey, you can also download the survey results as a spreadsheet using Export CSV on the Survey tab (see Reading Survey Results in Your Report). There's no separate transcript or executive-summary download.

Who can see a report

Anyone on your team with permission to view campaigns can open the same reports inside Savo. To give a colleague access, add them to your account with a role that can view campaigns — see Adding Team Members and Assigning Roles. To share with someone who does not have direct access to Savo, download the PDF and share it with them directly.
