Adding Team Members and Assigning Roles
Invite your team and give each person the right level of access
The person who registers the Savo account is automatically set up as the Tenant Administrator. Tenant Administrators can invite additional team members to the same tenant. Currently, Tenant Administrator is the only available role — additional roles are planned for a future release.
Some organizations have more than one tenant. If your account includes multiple tenants, you'll select which tenant each invitee belongs to during the invite process.
Inviting a team member
- Go to Savo Settings → Invitations
- Click Invite User
- Fill in the following:
- Email (required) — the invitee's work email address
- Organization — select the tenant they should have access to (if your organization has more than one)
- Display Name (optional) — the name they'll appear under in the platform
- Roles — select their role (currently: Tenant Administrator)
- Click Create Invitation
- An invitation link will appear. Click Copy Link and send it to the invitee directly — invitations are link-based and no automatic email notification is sent.
Invitation links expire after a few days. If a link expires before the invitee uses it, you can regenerate it from the Invitations page.
Tracking invitations
The Invitations page (/settings/invitations) shows all pending, accepted, and expired invitations. Each entry shows the invitee's email, the expiry date, and current status. Per-invitation actions are Copy Link, Withdraw (cancel a pending invite), and Regenerate (re-issue an expired invite with a new link).
Once an invitee registers using their link, they move from the Invitations list to the Team Members page (/settings/team).
Managing existing members
The Team Members page shows all members in your tenant, their assigned role, and their current status.
From this page you can: - Disable an account — immediately revoke access without deleting the member's history - Assign a different or additional role — available when additional roles are released in a future update
