David Parsons is a visionary technology executive and go-to-market strategist with more than 43 years of experience building and leading globally distributed high-performance teams and guiding organizations through the biggest technological innovation shifts of our time, from the mainframe era to the internet, the cloud, and now Agentic AI. Most recently, David established ServiceNow’s global partner ecosystem as a distinct competitive advantage and strategic force multiplier to help accelerate the company’s growth to more than $10 billion by 2024. He also pioneered an innovative "Ecosystem Ventures" function within Corporate Development that leveraged ServiceNow’s balance sheet to fund private equity-led investments and close critical go-to-market capability gaps in key international growth markets. Today, David serves as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, Workday, 8 Flow, and Savo™, alongside his role as a Guest Lecturer at Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business.
